Job Description – Scaffolders & Scaffold Labourers (New Build Projects)
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Scaffolders and Scaffold Labourers to join our growing team, working primarily on active construction and building projects. We have opportunities available for Part 2 Scaffolders to support ongoing works across residential developments.
This role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and looking to build a long-term career within the construction and scaffolding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures supporting building works
- Loading, unloading, and distributing scaffolding materials around construction environments
- Passing tubes, fittings, and boards safely and efficiently during scaffold operations
- Supporting scaffolding activities on housing developments, commercial builds, and similar projects
- Maintaining clean, organised, and safe working areas at all times
- Following all site health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Carrying out general labouring duties to support site operations
- Working at ground level and, when required, at height under supervision
Requirements
- Experience working within construction or building project environments preferred
- House Building Sites
- Valid CSCS card (required) ✅
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to handle materials safely
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
