About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Male or Female SIA Door Supervisor for a friendly bar in London E8 for regular Friday and Saturday evening shifts. Immediate start available, subject to vetting, for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Right to Work in the UK
- Preferably minimum 1 year experience working as a Door Supervisor
- Must be local to London E8 area
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and customer-focused

Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Monitor and control entry to ensure only authorised patrons, guests, or customers with reservations are permitted access
- Carry out searching, monitoring, and patrol procedures in and around the venue
- Ensure patrons behave appropriately and do not cause excessive noise or disturbances inside or outside the venue
- Conduct ID checks to prevent underage persons from entering the premises
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the shift
- Respond calmly and effectively to incidents or conflicts when required
- Enforce venue and licensing requirements, including politely moving customers from restricted areas when required
- Follow company and venue policies and complete reports as directed
