Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Full-Time Front Office Receptionist to join our dynamic real estate office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately and taking messages when necessary
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings for agents and staff
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems
- Utilise Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks
- Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organising documents
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative projects as required
Experience
- Previous office experience is essential, preferably within a real estate or similar environment
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy is preferred
- Administrative experience involving data entry and clerical duties is desirable
