Skills
- Valid driving license with the ability to drive safely and confidently in various conditions
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable
- Ability to understand and contribute to the development of personalized care plans
- Proficiency in using IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and team members
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
