Job Description: Marketing Delivery & Client Account Manager
Role Type: Freelance, part-time or full-time depending on workload
Reports To: Founder / Director
We are looking for a highly organised Marketing Delivery & Client Account Manager to help execute client marketing scopes across content, campaigns, websites, events, social media, lead generation and reporting.
This role is not purely creative and not purely administrative. It sits between strategy, content, client management, delivery, reporting and internal coordination.
The main objective is to make sure agreed marketing activity is delivered clearly, on time and to a high standard. This includes campaign planning, content coordination, website activity, event marketing, English and Chinese social media, lead-generation actions and performance reporting.
The right person will help turn strategy into action, keep stakeholders aligned, manage delivery timelines and ensure clients see consistent value from the marketing partnership.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Account & Delivery Management
Manage the day-to-day execution of client marketing plans, including timelines, approvals, feedback, content delivery and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain monthly content and campaign trackers.
- Coordinate approvals between clients, copywriters, designers, developers, PPC support, social media partners and internal teams.
- Keep clear records of what is approved, pending, delayed or requires client feedback.
- Prepare weekly or bi-weekly client updates.
- Ensure agreed deliverables are moving forward without constant senior-level chasing.
- Escalate risks, delays or missing assets early.
- Keep communication clear, professional and action-focused.
2. Monthly Content Plan Execution
Support delivery of monthly marketing output across social media, newsletters, articles, campaigns and client communications.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate LinkedIn posts, newsletters, blogs, articles and campaign content.
- Support people and culture content.
- Support event-led, case-led and service-led content.
- Prepare first-comment prompts and team repost guidance where required.
- Coordinate carousel, motion, video and static creative briefs.
- Review content for clarity, accuracy, tone and commercial relevance before it is shared with clients.
The role will not necessarily involve writing all final copy, but the person must be able to assess whether content is clear, well-structured and aligned with the client’s objectives.
3. Creative & Design Coordination
Work with designers and content creators to make sure visual assets match the client strategy and campaign objective.
Responsibilities include:
- Turn approved copy and campaign ideas into clear creative briefs.
- Check that graphics are aligned with the purpose of each post or campaign.
- Ensure visuals are not too generic, cluttered or disconnected from the message.
- Maintain brand consistency across client content.
- Coordinate team images, event photos, operational visuals and client-approved assets.
- Track graphic versions, feedback rounds and final approvals.
- Make sure creative output is commercially useful, not just visually attractive.
4. Website, SEO & Campaign Support
Support website refreshes, service-page improvements, SEO-led content and campaign activity.
Responsibilities include:
- Track website actions, page priorities, CTA pathways and content gaps.
- Coordinate with web developers, SEO support and content teams.
- Help ensure newsletters and social content can be repurposed into blogs or website content.
- Support landing-page recommendations for campaign and PPC activity.
- Maintain a clear list of website issues, missing assets, approved copy and next actions.
- Help ensure website activity supports visibility, credibility and lead generation.
5. Lead Conversion & Sales Alignment
Help connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain CTA mapping for posts and campaigns.
- Ensure content routes enquiries to the correct contact, landing page or sales pathway.
- Support website traffic and lead-tracking reviews where relevant.
- Track high-intent engagement, comments, inbox enquiries, website clicks and event follow-ups.
- Prepare simple handoff notes where a lead or opportunity is identified.
- Help show how content supports visibility, credibility, sales conversations and conversion.
6. Chinese Social Media Coordination
Support monthly Chinese-market content adaptation where required.
Platforms may include:
- Rednote
- TikTok
- WeChat Articles
- Other relevant Chinese or Asia-focused platforms
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate approved English content for localisation.
- Liaise with Chinese copywriters, translators or platform partners.
- Ensure content is relevant to the target market and audience.
- Track monthly delivery and performance.
- Keep Chinese social output aligned with the wider monthly marketing theme.
7. Event & Media Partnership Support
Help activate content around industry events, media partnerships and client visibility opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare event content trackers.
- Coordinate pre-event, on-site and post-event content.
- Support interview planning, speaker visibility and recap content.
- Track event assets, photos, videos and follow-up opportunities.
- Ensure event content creates commercial value beyond simple attendance posts.
- Help turn events into useful content, relationship-building and lead-generation opportunities.
8. Reporting & Performance Review
Prepare clear monthly reporting notes covering:
- LinkedIn engagement
- Follower growth
- Newsletter performance
- Website traffic signals
- Lead indicators
- CTA performance
- Content themes that performed well
- Recommendations for the following month
Reports should be simple, useful and commercially focused — not just a list of vanity metrics.

- Marketing project management
- B2B social media delivery
- Client account coordination
- Content planning
- LinkedIn marketing
- Campaign execution
- Reporting and stakeholder management
Experience in logistics, eCommerce, customs, freight, supply chain, technology or B2B professional services would be highly valuable, but not essential if the person is commercially sharp, organised and quick to learn.

- Experience with logistics, customs, eCommerce, supply chain or B2B clients.
- Basic SEO understanding.
- Experience with WordPress or website project coordination.
- Experience coordinating PPC or paid campaigns.
