We are a specialist neurotechnology service seeking a reliable, client-focused EEG and qEEG Technician to support our London work.
The role combines scheduled qEEG appointments (data recording with EEG, CPT) with structured client follow-ups and related administrative work. Approximately three four-hour blocks each week will be delivered in person in Central London, with the remaining hours completed remotely on an agreed schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct qEEG data-acquisition and cognitive-testing sessions using established procedures
- Prepare clients, apply EEG equipment, monitor recording quality and minimise artefacts
- Process, quality-check and securely upload session data
- Prepare for and conduct structured client progress-review calls
- Maintain accurate session notes and escalate clinical or technical concerns
- Clean, test and organise equipment used for appointments
- Assist with scheduling and other administration directly connected to client sessions
Clinical interpretation, diagnosis and treatment-protocol decisions are not part of this position.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can reliably attend agreed Central London clinic sessions
- Has a background in neuroscience, psychology, neurophysiology or equivalent relevant experience
- Is confident working directly with clients
- Is organised, technically comfortable and meticulous with records
- Can commit to the agreed weekly schedule without frequent changes
Previous EEG, qEEG or neurofeedback experience is strongly preferred. Training on our specific equipment and procedures will be provided.
