Rapid Response Cleaner

Hours: 40 - Monday - Friday, with shifts scheduled between 06:00 - 22:00

We are seeking a Rapid Response Cleaner to carry out recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio, working in line with the Sector Manager’s area rotas.
Rotas may vary from week to week or day to day and will be allocated by the Sector Manager within an 8-hour working window.
Job Description
We are looking for a flexible and proactive individual with strong attention to detail who can ensure full delivery of client service level agreements (SLAs).
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards, supporting operational requirements across multiple sites, and building positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver all aspects of cleaning operations across sites within your allocated remit.
- Respond to Sector Manager requests and operational requirements as needed.
- Complete periodic cleaning to 100% of the client specification and schedule.
- Adhere to all client-specific security procedures and policies.
- Maintain professional relationships with client representatives and company personnel.
- Ensure familiarity with opening and lock-up procedures across all assigned contracts.
- Support the familiarisation of new employees, including cleaning regimes, waste procedures, opening and lock-up processes, and air lock door procedures.
- Maintain tidy storerooms, monitor stock levels, and report shortages or issues to the relevant manager.
- Adhere to the full duration of each contracted shift and demonstrate a responsible ownership mentality.

Additional Requirements
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Travel is required as part of the role.
