U11 Grassroots Football Coach – Woking, Surrey
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable football coach to lead our U11 grassroots team based in Woking, Surrey.
Pay: £25–£32 per hour
Role: Self-employed
Start Date: September 2026
Commitment:
- Monday evening training sessions
- Saturday morning matches
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions.
- Coach and manage the team on matchdays.
- Create a positive, safe, and enjoyable learning environment.
- Support the technical, tactical, and personal development of all players.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club officials.
Requirements:
- Minimum FA Level 1 Coaching Licence (or equivalent).
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about developing young players.
- Previous grassroots coaching experience is preferred.
