About Us
Aarya Enterprises UK is a growing destination management and travel company specialising in inbound UK travel experiences. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Products / Operations Executive to join our London team and help develop high-quality travel products while ensuring smooth operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop attractive UK inbound travel packages and customised itineraries for groups and FIT travellers.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, coach operators, attractions, restaurants, tour guides and other travel suppliers across the UK.
- Negotiate competitive rates, contracts and commercial agreements with suppliers.
- Identify and source new travel products and experiences to expand our portfolio.
- Coordinate with travel agents, overseas partners and internal sales teams to support quotations, bookings and operations.
- Manage day-to-day travel operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain supplier contracts, pricing, databases and product information.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to introduce innovative travel products.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Experience in travel product development, contracting, destination management or travel operations.
- Strong knowledge of UK travel destinations and supplier network.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with travel reservation systems is desirable.
