Your role as chef:

Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion

Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness

Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls
-
Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions

Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance
We’re a fast‑paced, high‑volume site, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen and takes pride in delivering great food consistently.

Minimum 6 months’ chef experience in a similar environment

Confidence to work on your own initiative, staying calm and organised during busy periods

A genuine desire to learn, improve and develop, taking guidance from those around you

Strong teamwork and communication, supporting the wider kitchen and FOH teams
