About the role
Cochani London is looking for a confident, friendly and target-driven Retail Sales Assistant to join our perfume kiosk at The Pavilions Shopping Centre in Uxbridge.
This is a customer-facing sales position. You will speak with shoppers, understand their fragrance preferences, demonstrate suitable products and help customers choose the right perfume.
The successful candidate will be comfortable approaching customers, explaining products clearly and working towards individual and team sales targets.
Main responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally approach customers visiting the kiosk
- Ask questions to understand customers’ fragrance preferences and budget
- Recommend and demonstrate suitable fragrances
- Explain fragrance notes, product features and available offers
- Build customer interest and confidently close sales
- Work towards daily and weekly sales targets
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised and attractive kiosk
- Replenish stock and report low-stock products
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Complete required daily sales updates and reports
- Follow company procedures relating to customer service, presentation and cash handling

- Previous retail, customer service or sales experience is preferred but not essential
Product knowledge and sales training will be provided.
