The Formè Clinique is looking for an ambitious aesthetic practitioner to join our growing team and become part of our London expansion.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about aesthetics and wants to develop their skills within an established luxury clinic.
We’re not looking for someone with a huge existing client base. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, committed to delivering excellent client care, and excited to grow with our brand long term.
About the Role
You will carry out aesthetic treatments during our London clinic days while following The Formè Clinique’s treatment protocols and standards.
A structured training programme will be provided before seeing clients independently.
Treatments include:
* Dermal fillers
* Lip enhancement
* Facial balancing
* Chin, jaw and cheek enhancement
* Anti-wrinkle treatments
* Skin rejuvenation treatments
Further training will be provided in advanced treatments as you progress.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified in Foundation & Advanced Dermal Fillers
* Qualified in Anti-Wrinkle Treatments
* At least 6–12 months of injecting experience preferred
* Professional, reliable and coachable
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Happy to travel to Manchester for initial training
* Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than short-term clinic work
Training
Successful applicants will complete hands-on training in Manchester before treating clients in London.
Training will cover:
* Consultation skills
* Facial assessment
* The Formè treatment approach
* Clinical protocols
* Photography
* Client experience
* Treatment planning
Ongoing mentoring and support will continue after training.
Pay
This is a commission-based role.
* 20% commission during the first 3 months
* Increasing to 30% commission once training is completed and performance targets are met
* Further progression opportunities will be available as the business grows
