Duties
- Lead and manage negotiations with prospective and existing clients to secure favorable terms and close high-value deals efficiently
- Develop and implement strategic sales approaches tailored to diverse client needs and market conditions
- Maintain detailed records of negotiations, client interactions, and sales progress using administrative tools
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, personalized service, and professional rapport-building
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and contractual agreements that meet client expectations
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple negotiations simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently
Experience
- Proven experience in sales negotiation or a similar client-facing role within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated administrative experience in managing documentation, CRM systems, or sales records
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (multilingual ability is highly desirable)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Prior experience working with diverse teams or multicultural clients is a plus
