As we continue to restore and develop this remarkable hotel, we're looking for an outstanding Head Chef to help create a dining experience worthy of its setting.This is a rare opportunity for a chef who wants more than just another job. We want someone with the passion and ambition to build a food destination that celebrates the very best of Wales.
