Vizion Autos is an online car finance broker, established in 2019. We work with some of the UK's leading car finance providers to help customers find suitable finance and the right car for their needs.
We are a growing company and are looking for Sales Executives to join our team.
This is a phone-based sales role, speaking with customers who are looking for car finance and helping them through the process from their initial enquiry and sourcing their new vehicle through to completing their purchase.
Previous sales experience is preferred, but it's not essential. We're looking for people who are confident, motivated and willing to learn.
What you'll be doing
- Speaking to customers over the phone and understanding their requirements
- Helping customers find a suitable car and finance option
- Building rapport and maintaining good relationships with customers
- Following up enquiries and managing customers through the sales process
- Handling objections and negotiating with customers
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Closing sales and maximising sales opportunities
- Keeping customer information accurate and up to date on our systems
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the process
What we're looking for
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Confident and comfortable speaking to customers on the phone
- Good communication and people skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Competitive and driven to succeed
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and develop
You don't need to have previous experience in car finance. Full training and support will be provided.
Working hours
Monday to Friday:
9am–6pm or 10am–7pm
Every other Saturday
9am–6pm
