We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for design to help take our design team to the next level. You'll bring strong visual and conceptual skills to everything we produce, with a chunk of your time spent designing sites, from wireframes through to polished, production-ready builds, using modern AI website creation platforms, and working closely with our development team to build custom integrations that improve the customer journey.
This isn't a purely "make it pretty" role. We need someone who thinks about structure, hierarchy, and impact as much as visual polish, and who's comfortable being the design authority that raises the bar for the whole team.
What You'll Do
Design & Creative
- Lead the visual direction across our brand, websites, campaigns, social, presentations, and any other creative output
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups when working on web projects
- Build and iterate on websites using AI-assisted website creation tools (e.g. Framer AI, Webflow AI, Relume, or similar, happy to hear what you rate)
- Maintain and evolve our design system: components, typography, colour, spacing, and brand consistency across everything we ship
Design Leadership
- Set the design standard for the team, review work, give feedback, and mentor other designers
- Introduce better tools, processes, and workflows (including AI-assisted ones) to speed up delivery without sacrificing quality
- Own design QA: make sure everything shipped matches brand standards
Working With Development
- Partner with the dev team to scope and design custom integrations (forms, CRM connections, booking flows, personalisation, chat, etc.) that enhance the customer journey
- Provide dev-ready specs, assets, and interaction details so builds go smoothly
- Stay involved post-handoff, test builds, catch design issues, iterate
Client Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on design projects, briefings, updates, and presenting work
- Translate client feedback into clear creative direction for yourself and the wider design team
- Manage client expectations on timelines, scope, and revisions
- Present concepts and finished work confidently, and handle feedback conversations professionally
Beyond the Brief
- Keep an eye on design trends, AI design tooling, and competitor work, and bring ideas back to the team
- Contribute to conversion rate optimisation, A/B test ideas, layout experiments
- Support broader brand and marketing design needs across the business, not just web
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showing range across brand, digital, and campaign work
- A sharp eye for detail and consistency, typography, spacing, hierarchy, brand fit
- Confident with standard design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, or equivalent)
- Comfortable picking up new tools quickly, including AI-assisted design/website platforms
- Experience leading, mentoring, or setting standards for other designers
- Strong client-facing communication skills, comfortable running briefings, presenting work, and managing feedback directly with clients
- Some exposure to designing for the web (wireframes, layouts, UX basics), depth here is a bonus, not a requirement
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with AI website builders/creator tools
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding (not required to code, but helps in dev conversations)
- Comfortable working directly with developers on integrations and custom features
- Experience with CRO / analytics tools (Hotjar, GA4, etc.)
- Experience designing for e-commerce or lead-gen funnels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Benefits:
