We're building something special; an independent restaurant & bar centred around exceptional pizza, great drinks and genuine hospitality. We're looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef who is eager to learn, develop their skills and grow with our business.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with fresh ingredients, learn the foundations of Italian cooking and become part of a supportive kitchen where teamwork and quality are at the heart of everything we do.
You'll be encouraged to develop your skills, contribute ideas and gain experience across all areas of the kitchen while helping us deliver consistently outstanding food.
What You'll Do
Prepare fresh ingredients for service.
Assist with preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard.
Learn every section of the kitchen, including pizza preparation and service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.
Help with stock rotation, deliveries and kitchen organisation.
Support the team during busy service periods.
Take pride in presenting quality food with consistency.
Learn new skills and develop your knowledge of Italian cuisine.
What We're Looking For:
Previous kitchen experience is essential.
A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality.
An interest in Italian cuisine and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, hardworking and able to work well under pressure.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Flexible to work evenings and weekends
