Job Description -
Time served painter and decorator required to work as part of team undertaking works on social housing frameworks. Void and occupied properties to be attended to.
One supervising painter and decorator and one painter and decorator.
Requirements -
- CSCS Card Required.
- Own tools required.
- Well presented.
- Good communication skills.
- Full UK driving license.

Works to mainly concern painting and decorating works on void and occupied property refurbishment contracts.
We provide a 24/7 callout service which the operative would become part of servicing for one week approximately 4 times per year (4 weeks) with isolated days over Xmas period shared amongst all operatives.
