The Ram is located in the centre of Newark town, with a constant growth of customers, we are once again wanting to add to our hardworking team to continue to produce service to our loyal customers.
We're looking to add Front of House staff to our team with flexible hours for the right candidate. A minimum of one year restaurant or bar work is desirable.
Staff must be available to work evenings & weekends.
Employees role/responsibilities will include:
- Knowledge of the cocktail menu.
- Table service and waiting skills.
- Good attitude towards work and customer service.
- Be able to work well under pressure and in a busy environment as part of small but skilled team.
- Uphold the standards and expectations of the management team.
- Integrate with the team with a good attitude and be willing to learn on the job.
- Work with a positive mindset with a smile on your face and always put the customer’s needs first.
