Job Purpose
We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to optimize our product’s go-to-market strategies, user acquisition funnels, and digital campaigns. In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing creativity and product analytics. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that accelerate user adoption, improve retention, and maximize return on investment (ROI) across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Funnel Analytics: Map, measure, and optimize the end-to-end user acquisition journey from initial click to product signup and long-term engagement.
* Campaign Performance: Analyze paid search, paid social, SEO, and email marketing campaigns daily to maximize budget efficiency and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).
* Product Insights: Collaborate with product teams to track user behavior patterns, product feature utilization, and conversion bottlenecks using event-tracking tools.
* A/B Testing: Design, execute, and evaluate conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments on landing pages, websites, and in-app onboarding flows.
* Reporting Dashboards: Build, maintain, and automate real-time marketing performance dashboards for leadership and cross-functional product squads.
* Market & Competitor Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and consumer insights to identify new digital growth opportunities for our product portfolio.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in data-driven marketing, growth marketing, or product analytics.
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel
* Mindset: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an agile product development lifecycle.
