Introba is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to deliver high-quality building services designs and support project delivery for our London office. This role focuses on hands-on design work, collaborating within a team, and ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability. You will represent the company on projects, prepare design documentation, and contribute to our reputation for Building Services Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver mechanical engineering designs and detailed drawings for building services projects.

Collaborate with team members, instruct technicians, and support staff.

Prepare reports, tender packages, and present concepts to clients and design professionals.

Monitor project quality and progress, assisting with budget preparation and cost-effective design solutions.

Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.

Maintain professional development and work towards CIBSE chartership.
Key Skills & Experience:
-
Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.

3+ years of relevant project experience.

Working towards Chartered Engineer Preferred

Technically competent with a team-focused approach.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Revit; experience with IES or similar software preferred.

Knowledge of environmental assessment methods (BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS) desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
