Duties
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and plating dishes efficiently and accurately
- Support the kitchen team with cooking tasks to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Serve guests with friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions
- Clear tables and bus tables (bussing) to maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
- Collaborate with team members during banquet events or large parties to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, or culinary tasks preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous but not required
