Exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition Team supporting CEL - Costain’s multi-discipline in-house engineering and design team who deliver design mainly across Costain projects.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor , you will work with a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver an effective and inclusive recruitment process with a key focus on candidate experience, the sourcing of candidates as well as ensuring the needs of the external client are met and understood.
You will be sourcing candidates for our multi-disciplinary engineering team who deliver engineering and design services across a range of complex projects within the UK Energy, Water, Nuclear, Defence and Transportation sectors.
This full time, hybrid role will be predominantly home-based with office attendance in London up to 2 days per week.
