Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Working Site Ganger to join our team for ongoing projects across Falkirk and the Central Belt.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to lead a small team while working alongside them to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a small site team.
- Work alongside operatives to deliver daily site activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures.
- Organise daily tasks and maintain productivity.
- Liaise with site management and subcontractors.
- Complete site paperwork and reports where required.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality.
Essential Requirements
- Valid SMSTS certificate.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Previous experience as a Working Site Ganger or Site Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
