Based out of our Wembley facility, the Equipment Co-Ordinator is a key member of Sunbelt Film & TV's Lighting Division. Working under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisors and the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating, inspecting, loading, and dispatching film lighting equipment. This hands-on role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting customers and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and co-ordinate Film Lighting equipment orders accurately throughout the departments and with the rentals office in accordance with job sheets.
- Review job sheets, monitor equipment availability and highlight shortages, working with colleagues to identify practical solutions.
- Load vehicles, ensuring that equipment is secure visually inspected before leaving the facility.
- Identify, record and report any damaged, faulty or missing equipment upon return from hire, ensuring appropriate follow-up action is taken.
- Manage sub-hire equipment checklists and returns.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment. (Essential)
- Working knowledge of film and television production equipment. (Essential)
- Familiarity with film lighting equipment – including LED fixtures, tungsten, HMI and grip accessories. (Essential)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. (Essential)
- Good attention to detail with accurate record-keeping skills. (Essential)
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations. (Essential)
