Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including, massage, manicures, pedicures, gel polish and skincare services.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, providing expert advice on suitable treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and outstanding customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services.
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Proficiency in massage
- Ability to speak fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- A relevant qualification in beauty therapy.
