Duties
- Offer personalized support to children, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being at all times

- Support educational activities and facilitate learning through teaching and engaging exercises
- Collaborate with team members and families to create tailored care plans that meet individual needs
- Monitor progress and document observations to inform ongoing support strategies
- Promote a positive environment by encouraging participation in group activities and fostering teamwork
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting is highly desirable
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young people
- Knowledge of teaching methods suitable for children’s developmental stages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
- A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development
- Relevant certifications or training in childcare or youth work are a plus
