Kitchen Porters/Assistants Required
In your role assisting the Chefs, your duties would include;
- wash-up using dishwashers and hand wash
- cleaning and maintaining organisation within the kitchen and stores
- washing plates, cutlery, pots etc
- washing and polishing glassware
- assisting with food preperation
- assisting with evening food service
- provide assistance with our hotel stock control systems
The hours are in accordance with function requirements, however we regularly hold functions Thursday through to Sunday with additional prep days each Wednesday, therefore regular planned shifts are offered.
We are located just off the A127 by Dunton Fords, and five minutes from Junction 29 of the M25.
We are a family run five bedroom, two function room Country House Hotel.
