This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manufacturing leader seeking a role that offers both responsibility and work-life balance through a predictable 4 on / 4 off day shift pattern (7:00am to 7:00pm).

About the Role
As Manufacturing Shift Manager, you will lead and develop a shift team to deliver production plans safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will drive performance across key manufacturing metrics, including health and safety, food safety, quality, customer service, productivity and cost control. The role also acts as the site leader during out-of-hours periods.
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably as a shift supervisor or manager within a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms for managing supply chain data and production workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Excellent understanding of quality control procedures, safety regulations, and best practices in manufacturing settings.
- Prior experience working with supply chain management systems and implementing process improvements that enhance overall efficiency.

Pay: Up to £44,000.00 per year
