Experience
- Valid nursing license in accordance with local regulations and standards
- Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting demonstrating strong nursing skills
- Leadership experience or the ability to guide and mentor junior staff members
- Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans based on patient assessments
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams
