Christmas Cast Job Description:
We are seeking confident, outgoing, energetic, dedicated, reliable, and theatrical individuals to join our team as Season Cast members for a new Christmas Grotto in Chester. As a Season Cast member, you will play a vital role in creating memorable festive experiences for our guests through engaging performance and customer service.
This position would suit actors, performers, drama/performing arts enthusiasts (over 18 only).
Duties:
- In character and costume throughout
- Perform with enthusiasm and creativity.
- Engage with guests to deliver exceptional entertainment experiences.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth event operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact effectively with children.
- Adhere to event schedules.
- Must attend training day 18 November plus a minimum of at least 14 of the 27 dates open as specified.
- A basic DBS, or willing to get one is required.
