We are currently looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding team as Sales Advisors within the utilities sector across London.
This is a full-time, customer-facing opportunity suited to individuals who enjoy working with people, building communication skills and developing a career within sales and customer relations. Full training is provided, making this position suitable for both experienced sales professionals and applicants from retail, hospitality or customer service backgrounds.
About the Position
As a Sales Advisor, you will speak directly with customers within residential areas, provide information regarding available household utility services and assist customers in understanding suitable options based on their individual needs.
This is a field-based role working across designated areas in London as part of a supportive and growing team.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions in assigned locations
- Professionally explain available products and services
- Understand customer requirements and discuss appropriate options
- Build positive customer relationships and generate new enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity
- Work towards individual and team performance objectives
- Continue developing product knowledge and communication skills
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude with a motivated and professional approach
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT and organisational skills
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
