About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Travel Manager to oversee and manage a Travel Sales Team.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong supplier-management skills and a proactive approach to solving travel-related challenges as well as managing a travel sales team.
About You
- You will be an organised, commercially aware and customer-focused professional who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have experience working within the travel industry and managing a travel sales team.
- Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a Travel Management or Team Leader role
- Strong knowledge of UK and international travel arrangements.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good financial awareness, including experience monitoring budgets and travel expenditure.
- Competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with travel booking platforms or travel management systems.
