We’re now looking for an experienced Chef to become part of Team Kisa’s.
The Role
As a Chef at Kisa’s, you’ll play an important role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes throughout our busy breakfast, lunch and evening services.
You’ll work alongside our established kitchen team to maintain our high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to Kisa’s established standards.
- Work efficiently across busy breakfast, lunch and evening services.
- Maintain consistency, quality and attention to detail.
- Ensure food is stored, prepared and handled safely.
- Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic working environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.
- Support other members of the kitchen team whenever required.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful and team-focused working environment.

- Have proven experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
- Be confident preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
- Remain calm, organised and efficient during busy service periods.
- Work well as part of a strong and established team.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
- Be reliable, respectful and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine team-first attitude.
- Be flexible and available to work a mixture of days, evenings and weekends.

Flexible Shifts
We offer flexible shift patterns across days, evenings and weekends. Full-time hours are available, although we’re also open to discussing part-time arrangements with the right candidates.
