We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable team leader to join INDULGE, Castlerock’s newest destination for premium ice cream, speciality coffee, loaded shakes and good times.
Located in the heart of Castlerock on the North Coast, INDULGE is all about creating memorable customer experiences through great service, quality products and a welcoming atmosphere.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a team of part-time staff to ensure smooth running of ice cream dessert bar
- Serving ice cream, sundaes, shakes and coffees
- Preparing drinks and desserts to a high standard
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Keeping the shop clean, organised and well-presented and in line with food hygiene regulations.
- Handling payments and operating the till
- Restocking products and maintaining displays
- Helping create a positive and energetic environment for customers and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Previous hospitality, café, retail or customer service experience is essential
- Previous Ice Cream Parlour experience desirable.
- Food Hygiene Qualification desirable but not essential as this can be completed on appointment.
