About the Role
Regent FM is recruiting professional and reliable SIA Licensed Security Operatives to join our team at a large outlet centre in Ashford, Kent. This is a dynamic retail security environment requiring a strong customer-focused approach alongside vigilance and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a visible security presence across the outlet centre
- Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect suspicious activity
- Monitor CCTV systems and report incidents accurately
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Deliver excellent customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff
- Liaise with centre management, retailers, and emergency services where required
- Ensure compliance with site procedures and health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Previous security experience is desirable but not essential
- Flexible approach to working hours, including days, nights, and weekends
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available
- Mixture of day and night work
