The Role
We’re looking for a labourer who wants to learn shopfitting and build a long-term career in the fit-out industry.
You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople, gaining hands-on experience across a range of commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist shopfitters on-site with installations
Prepare materials, tools, and work areas
Help maintain site cleanliness and safety
Learn to read drawings and develop practical skills
Support the team to meet project deadlines

Based in Somerset
Willing to work away during the week
Hardworking, reliable, and keen to learn
Positive attitude and good work ethic
CSCS card helpful (can be arranged if needed)
