Role summary:
Mitsubishi Electric have an exciting opportunity to assist our logistics department. The role is responsible Liaise with our Logistics Services Providers (“LSP’s”) to monitor daily performance and resolve all delivery and return issues promptly, positively and efficiently. To ensure that our internal and external customers all receive the best-in-class logistics service.
Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Use the available systems to monitor outbound deliveries and customer returns into the warehouse to ensure all delays or issues are picked up and resolved promptly.
- Take ownership of these issues and work with colleagues and LSPs to resolve them promptly and effectively.
- Create routine KPI reports on delivery/return performance.
- Investigate specific incidents as required and recommend corrective or remedial actions.
- Identify continuous improvement areas, develop improvement ideas and follow them through to completion.
