Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Process Worker to join our team in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will support various operational processes within our organisation, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills, be comfortable working with small components and highly detailed work, thrive in repetitive precision-based tasks, and have the ability to follow exact laboratory protocols and structured workflows consistently.
Key responsibilities
Work across both digital and ceramic departments to support the production of high-quality dental restorations, also assisting in the digital workflow.
Support the ceramic department with tasks such as finishing, staining, glazing.
Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail at all stages of production
Follow laboratory protocols, work instructions, and quality control procedures consistently
Ensure cases are completed within agreed turnaround times while maintaining quality standards
Carry out routine equipment care and keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements
Identify errors or inconsistencies early and escalate issues appropriately
Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues across departments when required
Demonstrate a self-motivated approach, managing workload efficiently with minimal supervision
Take pride in producing precise, high-quality work with a strong eye for detail
Contribute positively to a fast-paced, digital-focused laboratory environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
