The Role
The role of Client Relationship Manager involves developing a strong portfolio of commercial clients by:

Assessing, underwriting and pricing risks

Maintaining long-term client and broker relationships

Generating new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients and brokers

Build and sustain strong, long-term client and broker relationships

Conduct regular broker reviews and maintain a healthy business pipeline

Network proactively and generate leads through referrals, events and industry activity
-
Arrange and manage new policy placements, renewals and mid-term adjustments
-
Ensure all documentation, files and processes meet compliance and regulatory requirements

Support clients throughout the claims process, ensuring a smooth experience
- Negotiate effectively to secure and retain business

Produce accurate, timely communication with all stakeholders
