Shape and improve business processes that make a real impact across the organisation through business analysis, process improvement, automation and change initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, balancing business requirements, user needs and technical constraints to deliver practical, human-centred solutions.
- Lead business change from discovery through to implementation, helping teams identify challenges, evaluate options and adopt new ways of working.
- Gain exposure to a broad Microsoft technology stack, including Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
- Develop and implement low-code solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio.

Experience identifying business challenges and translating them into effective solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- A consultative approach to problem-solving, with experience identifying opportunities, evaluating solution options and supporting implementation.
- Experience creating and improving business processes through As-Is and To-Be analysis, while balancing business objectives, user experience and technical constraints.
- Experience working within enterprise systems, with exposure to platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP or similar business applications.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and experience working with platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshservice or equivalent service management tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, particularly the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Copilot Studio), Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
