Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes respecting our standards
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and delivering food promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with various tasks as required
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work flexibly, including during peak hours, evenings, or weekends if required
