What you’ll do…
Background
Forestry England is delivering a digital transformation programme that ‘Places customers at the heart of Forestry England and facilitates the use of digital means to truly connect people with the nation’s forests.’
The digital transformation is enabled by the Connections platform which is built on Salesforce technology.
Connections is delivered by the CRM Programme Project Team – a group of capable individuals with a combination of business analysis & design, technology implementation, Salesforce expertise, and change management skills.
The CRM Programme Project Team continue to develop important solutions that will help the organisation improve its customer engagement, customer service and effectiveness.
Purpose
The Salesforce platform at Forestry England has reached a level of maturity with a range of solutions that the business users across various functions rely on. The Salesforce Platform Analyst ensures that this environment is stable and continues to run effectively.
This role of Salesforce Platform Analyst requires 5 years of experience in supporting and ensuring the smooth running of a Salesforce platform.
At Forestry England the Salesforce Platform Analyst will ensure the Salesforce platform and other Salesforce products, for example Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce native apps like Gimbal, Findock, are robust, reliable, perform well and meet business needs. The post holder will be responsible for hands-on administration, maintenance, troubleshooting all CRM Salesforce platforms and services encompassing, storage, connectivity, security, regression testing, version control and service desk triage and resolution

You can be based anywhere in the country from any Forestry England office, and we support hybrid working from home.
