We’re a fast-growing Sales & Marketing team based in Manchester, delivering high-energy live events and retail pop-up campaigns for exciting brands. As we expand, we’re looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals to join us as Entry-Level Sales Assistants.

What the role looks like:
You’ll be part of our events team, representing well-known brands face-to-face at retail stores and pop-up campaigns. Every day brings real customer interaction, real experience, and real skill-building in sales, communication, and confidence.

- Engaging with customers in person at events and retail pop-ups
- Representing brands in a confident, professional, and approachable way
- Creating positive customer experiences that actually stand out
- Learning the core skills of sales, communication, and customer engagement
- Working towards personal and team-based performance goals
- Supporting event setup, delivery, and day-to-day operations
- Receiving ongoing coaching, feedback, and hands-on training
