We are looking for an experienced Embroiderer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have experience operating commercial embroidery machines, producing high-quality embroidered garments and products, and maintaining excellent attention to detail. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality embroidered products in line with customer specifications. You will operate embroidery machines, prepare garments and designs, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the embroidery department.
This role plays an important part in maintaining our quality standards and meeting production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating commercial embroidery machines, including multi-needle machines
- Preparing machines by selecting correct threads, adjusting tension, and loading design files
- Reviewing order sheets to confirm logo placement, thread colours, garment types, and sizes
- Hooping and preparing garments for embroidery
- Uploading designs and templates via the computer system
- Inspecting finished garments for alignment, colour accuracy, and overall quality
- Removing backing, folding, and packing items for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with health and safety requirements
- Assisting with other production tasks when required
- Monitoring thread and material levels and flagging low stock to the team
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in embroidery or garment production preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing neat, accurate work
- Ability to follow instructions and work from order specifications
- Flexible and willing to support different tasks within the production team
- Reliable, organised, and punctual
- Positive attitude with good team-working skills
Requirements
- Previous embroidery experience preferred, however applicants with strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn will be considered
- Interest in developing skills within a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
