What's the Role About?
Experience within the Motor Trade is essential.
As a Senior Sales Advisor, you'll lead our sales-focused front-of-house team, converting inbound enquiries into bookings, effectively handling objections, and proactively securing approvals for essential vehicle repairs.
Your exceptional communication skills, goal-driven mindset, and persuasive approach will ensure our customers receive outstanding service, driving our business forward. Your Key Tasks:
● Manage inbound sales enquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings.
● Confidently handle customer objections and secure work approvals.
● Follow up proactively on estimates and deferred work.
● Maintain precise records in our Garage Management System (GMS).
● Collaborate closely with technicians to deliver accurate, customer-centric recommendations.
