Working hours between 10am-3pm
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough commercial cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, lobbies, and other designated areas with precision and care.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to cleanliness, security, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, Hotel or Airbnb work preferred; previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move comfortably throughout shifts.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for working with team members and responding to guest needs.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment operation is advantageous.
