SEEKING PROFESSIONAL DRIVER FOR LONGTERM WORK PLACEMENT
HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver
Excellent opportunity for skilled Class 1 & 2 Drivers to join a new established team based out of our recycling Depot.

A working week is 42.5 hours paid guaranteed.
The right candidate must be committed to attend full-time, flexible and willing to work hard. Please note: The work is task-oriented and not solely limited to driving.
Set Shifts - Monday to Friday (Overtime available)
· Overtime paid at enhanced rates
More about the Job
· Operate a lorry in accordance with all traffic laws and regulations.
· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
· With a crew made up of 1 Driver, plus 1/2 Loaders/Banksman complete your route and tip the lorry at the end of your round.
· Maintain accurate records of the task and route
· Ensure that the lorry is always kept clean and well-maintained.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and compliance.
Qualifications
· Valid commercial driving licence (CDL) C or CE licence, valid in date Tacho and CPC.
· Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, although newly qualified drivers are considered
· Good knowledge of the local area is an advantage
· Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
· Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.

Rate: £17.50 per hour
Hours per shift: Min 9 hours
