Private Client Lawyer – Loughborough
Full time – Immediate Start - would consider part time for the right candidate
At Latham & Co, we have an opening for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to work in our established Private Client Department based at our Loughborough Office.
We are a very long established practice with offices in Melton Mowbray and Loughborough. We have an extensive and varied client base, which has been nurtured over many years, and we provide legal services to clients throughout Leicestershire and beyond.
You should be at least 3 years’ PQE, and have expert knowledge advising in the following areas:
- Wills
- Estate & inheritance planning
- LPAs
- Probate
- Complex Estates & administration
- Trusts
You would be responsible for your own caseload.
You should be:
- Experienced in handling a Private Client caseload
- A good communicator understanding and empathising with the clients’ requirements
- Able to contribute towards the firm’s values as to the provision of an efficient, effective service whilst being approachable, and
- STEP qualified or interested in undertaking the STEP qualification
The salary will be competitive, with generous holiday allowance and the option to work from home where appropriate.
We would offer the ability to work from home for part of the week once you have settled into the role
