ROLE OVERVIEW
- Work Location: Berkhamsted Clinic (some initial training required in London Marylebone clinic)
- Salary: £31,200 per annum + commission
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Working days: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat (days off being Sun & Wed)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Act as the first point of contact for all patient interaction: in person, by telephone and email, liaising with Clinicians and the wider team to ensure every patient has a smooth journey
- Champion a customer-focused culture that delivers high standards of service, builds long-term client relationships and leads by example
- Support and reassure patients through their purchase and treatment decisions, including helping with skincare choices across the brands we stock and cross-selling to subscription packages where appropriate
- Rebook patients for their next treatment before they leave the clinic, and ensure best use of diary time
- Take payments, process refunds, cash up and handle cash securely, placing it in the safe
- Handle patient feedback and complaints in line with company protocol, escalating where necessary
- Maintain accurate client records and the client database in accordance with the Data Protection Act
- Open and close the clinic daily, uphold individual and environmental hygiene standards, and keep reception stocked and presentable (skincare products, education materials, refreshments for patients)
- Assist the Clinic Manager with full compliance with internal and external regulatory standards (including CQC) and provide general assistance to Management.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and attend training events organised by the clinic
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3+ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
- A proven track record of using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or other online patient management system
- Experience in either a medical aesthetics, or beauty therapy environment
- Self-starter, can work independently as well as in a small team
- Experience in CQC is not essential, but would be advantageous.
Pay: £31,200.00 per year

- Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
